The Lodge at Sunset Lake is available for rental by homeowners and one non-homeowner event per month. It has been the site of numerous weddings, receptions, parties, and meetings. Event attendance is limited to 75 due to fire regulations and parking is limited. The lodge is located at 5664 Sunset Lake Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540.

Cleaning is included in all rental fees, but renters are still responsible for putting furniture back in place, placing all trash (including from restrooms) in the dumpster, and removing all personal items and food. When you rent the clubhouse you are reminded to be present at the event.
There have been requests to rent the clubhouse for a homeowner to sponsor an individual or group selling items to make money, e.g., Tupperware, Pampered Chef. The Board of Directors has decided that the association would not permit the use of the cluhouse for this purpose.
